How
can I help?
|
| You
can support the Foundation with contributions of cash, annual pledges,
memorial gifts, real estate, stocks, planned giving, or other gift
in kind. Your donation remains in the NBISD community and is used
directly to benefit students. The Foundation also welcomes the invaluable
gift of your time and service. |
| |
How
can I make my gift?
|
- General
Donations - Cash or pledge
donations may be made at any time. Such gifts may memorialize
or honor family or friends.
- Annual
fund campaign - Activities will be planned each year
to support the Foundation's programs.
- Matched
giving - Contributions may be matched by an employer;
check with your employer.
- Planned
giving - Gifts by will, trust, life insurance, and
other options may be recommended by your estate planner.
|
| |
How
will my gift be used?
|
| The
Foundation Board carefully reviews proposals submitted by teachers
and campus administrators, assuring that all funds will benefit
academics. Some examples of projects for which funds may be allocated
include the following: |
- Materials
- classroom
and library resources;
- Technology
- advanced technology programs, upgraded software, and related
equipment;
- Enrichment
- programs, projects, and cultural experiences for students
and teachers; and
- Impact
Grants - enabling teachers to expand existing curriculum
and develop new and innovative approaches to teaching.
