700 WEIGHT LOSS AND EXERCISE MOTIVATION THROUGH HYPNOSIS

Lose weight! Ed Benjamin, a retired Air Force officer and a Certified Hypnotist, will help you change your eating habits by changing your attitude about food and exercise. Unlike a diet that involves deprivation, hypnosis helps change the way you think so that fattening foods are no longer appealing and you become more attracted to good, nutritious, low-fat, low-calorie foods. Suggestions include: eliminating between-meal and evening snacking, becoming full on smaller portions, and no longer eating for emotional reasons like stress, boredom, anger, etc. Suggestions for good self-image, self-confidence and exercise motivation are also included in the session. Optional Materials: Weight Loss self-hypnosis/sleep programming reinforcement tape or CD available for $20. Please bring a blanket and pillow.
